East Jakarta Social Sub-agency re-operates public kitchen at East Jakarta Youth and Sport Center (GOR) on Jalan Otista, Cipinang Cempedak, Jatinegara on Friday (2/19).
There are 2,530 residents who are given food assistance
East Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Purwanto said, for the initial phase, there were 20 Tagana personnel deployed in public kitchen to prepare 2,530 portions of food and mineral water to meet the needs of flood victims for lunch and dinner.
"From initial data collected from urban village, there are 2,530 residents who are given food assistance," he conveyed.
Social Sub-agency Builds Public Kitchen at East Jakarta Sport CenterCurrently, there are 9 urban villages who asked for assistance in form of food and drink for their residents who were affected by flood.
Those are Cipinang Melayu, Cipinang Muara, Cawang, Pondok Kelapa, Pondok Bambu, Rambutan, Cipinang Besar Selatan (CBS), Pinang Ranti, and Cililitan Urban Villages.
